Hurley

• Hurley was established in 1979 as a surfboard brand with Bob Hurley shaping all of it's boards personally. Then in the mid 1980s, Bob Hurley launched a surf clothing line through a licensing agreement with Billabong USA. But in 1998, after their licensing agreement was up, Bob and his group decided to take the Hurley brand on their own and re-brand it as an apparel line for the surf, music, girls, art and skate cultures.
